The silver lining to the Sony hacks has been we finally have written proof of the wage gap in Hollywood.
Charlize Theron was able to negotiate a pay raise so that she matched her male co-star Chris Hemsworth's $10M pay day for the upcoming film The Huntsman (internal Sony emails confirmed she was making considerably less and I would have loved to hear Charlize discuss this with Sean Penn).
